'' The new Council was then called to order by Mr. Smith and Mayor Hall administered the oath of office to ,; Mr. LeRoy Diggans and Mr. E. B. Diggans. ~'F= Mr. Jacobs then offered the following motion: That Mr. ~;, LeRoy Diggans be elected president of the Council by acclamation. The motion was seconded by Mr. Foote and. t., ,.: unanimously carried. ~, Upon motion by Coune~ Councilman Smith the follow] and adopted: AUTHORIZING AND LIGHT COMPANY TO RESTORP LIGHTS AND THERg,AFT,ER TO OPP LIGHTING AGREE6HENT DATED THE EFFECT BETWEEN THE CITY AND BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COt DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA: 1.
