The Council met in regular session at 7:30 P. M.
The Mayor and all members of the Council were present..
The minutes of meetings held December 12th and 19th
were read and approved.
The application of A. ~; Nichols for the-position of
City Clerk, Treasurer, Tax Assessor and Taa Collector; was
read and ordered filed.
Mr. 0. Helland, representing the Recreation Clnb at
the City Park, came before the Council and requested the
City to donate X250,00 toward defraying the expense of ex-

D.Tr. Smith moved that all City employees be paid semi-
monthly. The notion was se con ded by Pdr. Crego and unani-
mously curried.
The following ordinance as amended was then read in

passed on first reading. The motion was seconded by Mr.

Clerk was authorized and ins trueted to purchase the 1933
license tags for City automobile trucks.
It was regularly moved, seconded and carried that
