All members vrere present. ; s~' Pfr. Berg offered the following motion: That the ' Chairman of the 1~Tater Committee be authorized. to purchase a car of Universal Pipe and Fittings for the purpose of .extend- , ing the water main and that the sum of 1,100.00 be set aside`. ' from the ~+7a ter Fund to pay for same. The motion was seconded.'. 'w ' ~ by Doctor Love and ai roll call unanimously carried. ~ Upon motion duly made and seconded the following reso- lution was unanimously adopted: BE IT RESOLVED by the City' ~; Councim of the City of Delray Beach, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida: ~ ! d a 1. D. 1931 as an Equalization Board on the 1931 roll for the purpose of. hearing complaints and receiving testimony as to the valu~- tion of any property real or personal as fixed by the Oity _ C1erY, and Tax Assessor of perfecting, reviewing and equaYiz- ing the assessments and !, AREAS the Board adjourned from day to day for a - period of more than four days to hear said complaints and ~idfIEREAS all ecauplaints have been heard and di posed of by said Board, NOVI, TI~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City -` Council of the City of Delray Beach, Florida: Sec. 1. That it is the sense of said Council that said, ' values of pEOperty real or personal have been perfected, re- ~ ' vised and equalized. That said assessments as follows: .All that part of the City known and described as the old town of Delray Beach, real estate X172,555.50, personal 3,800.OC' , total ~176,355~.50.
