The minutes of meetings held July 27th and July 29th.

The Clerk was instructed to write Messrs. L'Eagle and`
Shand and enclose a copy of the proposed budget for the year
1931-32.
The following ordinance creating a sanitary sewer
trict was then introduced and read in full and on motion d
made, seconded and parried the same was passed ,en first rE

It was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the

muted for the plumbing improvements on the beach be ep®ne~tl.
The bids of J. Myers & Stan and The Delray Heating';and Plumb-
ing Company were opened and referred to the Sanitary Ctlmttti.ttee '; , . a

In the matter of purchasing a motorcycle for the polic9~
department it was moved, seconded and parried that this matter_ `
be laid ®ver for future ponsiderations.
