The Gounoil met in adjourned regular session at 2 P.:.M.
Ail members of the Council were present.
~. Mr. A. E. Cason came before the Council and requested
permission to install a gas tank and pump at the City Hall. The
matter was left with the oil companies to agree on a plea where-
by one tank could be used by botFa ca¢npanies.
Mr. Berg reported that he had investigated the matter cP
accepting a strip of land ig Section 8 Preen Mr. Frank Q~ego in'`
payment of taxes and recommended that the Gity not purchase acid •
land. It was moved, eeesonded and carried that the recsommenda-
Lion of the Finance Committee be concurred in.
Mr. Diggans reported that he had made an inspection re- ~ .,,

garding the moving of certain trees in the Park and requested y''
further time to make reoommendations.
Mr. Endaley oftered the following motion: That the ~
repairs to toilets in the Beach Bath Houses be awarded to th®
Delray H®ating and Plumbing Company. The motion was seconded ~ z,=
by Mr. Berg and unanimously carried. ~~
It was moved, seoonded and serried that X149.65 be ~r
appropriated and set .aside to-pay for the above work.
