COUNCIL CHAMBER
September 14th, 1931.
The Council met in regular session at 7:30 P. M.
All members mere present.
~: The minutes of meetings held August 24th, September
1st and September 8th were read and approved. '
A communication was received from Mr. A. E. Cason,
representing the Orange State Oil Company, requesting per-
mission to install a gasoline tank at the water plant. It
was moved by Mr. Berg, seconded by Mr. Endsley and carried
that the same be filed for fuixire reference.
A report was received from the State Board of Health
on the local water supply, stating that the quality of our
water was very good and free from contamination.
A quit-claim deed was received Prom Wm. T. Noble,
administrator of the estate of Frank T. 1Peble, deceased,
conveyirsg ®ertain_streets fn Palm Square to the City<. It
was moved by Mr. Biggans that the same be accepted and filed.
The moti®h was seconded and on roll call carried.

Mr. Berg offered the following motion: That the "`
Clerk be instructed to notify property owners whose lots
were in need of cleaning that the City would clean up such
lots at a cost of ~2OC per lot when the size of such lots
did not exceed fifty by one hundred and thirty-five feet,
The motion was seconded by Mr. Diggans and uneaimously
carried.
It was moved, seconded and carried that Councll
adjourn to meet Tuesday, September 15th, at 2 P. M.
