12-07-31 COIINCIL CHAMBER December 7th, 1931. The Council met in stated meeting at 7:30 P. ~. The following members were present: Mr. Berg, Doctor Love and Mr. Smith. The ballot boa to be used at the election oa Tuesday, December 8th, 1931, was opened and examined and the contents carefully ©hecked. The boz wea then closed and sealed and turned wer to the City Clerk with instrae- tions to deliver same to the election board. It was moved, seconded and csarried that current bills be referred to the Finance Committee. The following ~~~- bills having been audited and 0.
