COUT?CIL ROOPI
July 18th, 1929.
The council rmet in special session on call of the Piayor at
9:30 A. IV2. The following members were aresent: Rlayor Johnson,
lir. S ~_ith, P<Ir. Troup and Mrs. VVarfield.
The meeting was called for the purpose of considering and
taking such action as deemed necessary in regard to exempting the
owners of the proposed Delray P~4otor Company property on Atlantic
Avenue for a period of five years.
A communication was read from the Biscayne T t Corm an
requesting that they ae relieved of taxes on the o ~~ope'~~or
a period of five years. The matter was discussed at considerable
length, after which it was moved by P~Pr. Smith and seconded by Mr.
Troup that the matter be deferred until all members of the "ouncil
could be .present. The motion was unanimously carried.
It was moved, seconded and carried that Council adjourn.
