Council met in special session oa call of the Mayt~r'y The Mayor ,and the f©llawing members were present: Mr. Keen ffir, Smith,: Mr. Troup and-Mrs, warfield~ The Mayor submitted an offer of X4,000, cash from The Bill V~illiams Realty Company for the Mussle pro arty on Lot 5, Block 92, ghich gas accompanied by a check for loo; as an evi- dence of good faith. The matter was discussed at length, after which Mr. Been offer the following motion. That the offer of $4,000.
