Mr. Keen then offered the following motion: That the contract for all of the water works improvements eaoept the furnishing and installing of pumps end except ~i.eh work as the City contemplated doing be awarded to Mr. w. W. Lotapeich and that the contract for the fur- nishing-and installing the pumps and machinery be awarded tc Fairbanks, Morse G~pany, The motion was seconded by Mr. Troup and on roll call unanimously carried.
