The Council met in adjourne d regular session at 2 P. M.
The Mayor and the following members of the Council were present:
Mr. Keen, Mr. Smith and n~r.<Troup.
The Clerk was instructed to pay the drainage taxes
assessed against the City in Sections 18 and 19.
The following resolution was read and adopted: Authoriz-
ing, directing and ordering Florida Power & Light Company to in-
stall and serve additional street lights in the City of Delray
Beach, Florida, to be installed and served in accordance with the
municipal street lighting agreement dated the first day of Ceto-
ber, 1926, now in effect between the City of Delray Beach, Florida,
and the Company, and the supplementary agreements thereto, if ar~q,
and constituting the passage and adoption and the delivery of a
certified copy of this resolution to Florida Power & Light Company
a written notice to and an order upon that company to install and
serve such additional overhead and "white way" street lights under
said agreement, and supplementary agreements thereto, if any.
