11-02-29 Special17c COIINCIL ROOM November 2nd, 1929. The Council met in speeiel session at 1:30 P. M. The following members were present: Mayor Johnson, Il'Ir. Keen, Mr. Porter, Mr. Smith and Mr. Troup. Mr. Smith was elected president pro tem to preside at this meeting. Mr. Keen offered the following motion: That the Mayor be authorized to sign the amended contract as approved by the City Attorney for the purchase of a ~ 75 fire engine.
