The Council then proceeded to ballot on the applications "'
for the position of City Clerk and Trea§urer. After counting,
the ballots it was moved, secondeN and carried that Mr,. Arthnxl
Barton be appointed to the position of City•Clerk,.Treasurer ?, ,'"
Tax Collector and Clerk of the MuniCipal,Court. The motion 4,;.

It was moved, seconded and carried unanimously that Mrsx
R. P. Endsley be appointed Tax Assessor.,'.'
