The question of~revising license fees for conducting
business was referred to the ordinance committee.
The Ordinance Committee was instructed to have drawn an
~" ordinance specifying the salary of the City Clerk and Treasurer
to be200.00 per month.
The ordinance committee was instructed to have drawn an
ordinance regarding the salary of trxe Tax Assessor as"agreed ~"';
upon by the Council at the meeting of r4areh 10th, 1928, accord=
ing to tiie minutes.
P~4r. Smith, Chairman of the Street Committee reported that
his committee had investigated. the complaint of Pair. H. Z~. Mus r+
grave arid recommended that no change be made. ~
The Olerk was instructed to write to A,4r. H. N. Rodenbaugh, ,, ;

Boulevard in Southridge requesting the City to re-surface the
pavement. on .said boulevard was presented to the Council._Siriee

fused to aid in the payment of the Atlantic Avenue paving. It
was moved by Rix. Smith and seconded by R4r. Keen that the City
assess one-third of the gross eost.of the Atlantio.Avenize 'pav-
ing construction to the property ovmers abutting each side of -
the street and that the City pay the remaining one-third ofs
this cost, since Atlan~'tic Avenue is a main thoroughfare. On ;' _>,,
