CGUNCIL ROOM
July 5th, 1928.
All members of the Council were present.
LSr. Chas. Zuckerman appeared before the Counoil and protea-
tech the aesessrnent on his house in Del-Ida Park. After compar-
ing it with others of similiar construction it was regt~.l.ar13T
moved, seconded and carried that the assessment on this property
be placed at X1700.00, the same as last year.
Complaints of H. G. Hager, E. C. Hall and L. H. Andrews were
heard and held in abeyance to be considered along; with other
similiar complaints.
b'Ir. W. 0. Jelks appeared before the Board in regard to ,~
acreage on the first canal, the W'~ SW~NWl~SE~ South of Delray. ~S ~~~ s
road to the WQNW~SV~ySE~ assessed to Mary Arrondale Andrews,
property listed as seven and a half acres and is only six and a
half acres. There fore, a x"300.00 reduction was ordered, also
the change in acreage be made on the tax book.
The Board adjourned to Friday, July 6th, at 9 A. P~..
