The Gity Tax Assessor having completed his work and eertifibd to hia returns, it was moved by hYr. iieen, seconded by Tr. Yieen that the City postpone any action on the matter of selection of water plant site until E4onday night, August 6th, at which time all persons wishing to be heard in regard to proposed sites could be present and the Clerk was instructed to advertise same in the -elray -each ZSews. The motion was carried unanimousl~•.
