The.Council met at 10:30 A. R:I. in special session. The
following members were present, i,ayor Johnson, Councilmen Jacobs,
keen, Smith and Troup.
hr. Troup called the meeting to order and stated the pur-
pose of the meeting and thin called Hs,yor Johnson to the chair to
preside. The ii.yor stated that iie had called the Council together
as a courtesy in order that they might hear the testimony as pre-
sented in the trial.
L:r. Bradshaw was called and stated his ena.rges in detail
after which the following witnesses were hear for the plaintiff;
Ia.r. B. B. Barrackman, 2:'r. Leroy Diggans, Mr. A. George.
Officer Croft was then called and gave his testimony, after..
which the following witnesses were heard for the defense: B. w.
Humphrey, James Rogers, Jack 9Jashburn, James Ramse~T and YJ. G. Evans.'
The hearing was then declared closed and
that he would render his decision after hearing
