~:+ith the following members present: P:ayor Johnson, r?r. Jacobs,
r. Keen, Smith anal P:_r. Troup.
The several pieces of pro-~~ert;,* submitted for consideration
for water plant site were taken up ~sid each piece separately con-
sidered and discussed:. Tire five acre seder tract lying oh
South Swinton i~venue in Se.~,tion 20 was decided on as being t'rre
best loeatiori offered grid it was unanimously decided to offer T;r.
Seder 4,-000.00 for this tract, the saLne to be applied to taxes
due or to become due. Sr. :een and 2 r. Sm`_th erere appointed to
tender this offer end report back to the Council at 2 P. P:.
The oonw~ttee waited on L:r. Zeder acid presented the propo-
sition, which heaccepted, on the same terms vrith all stipulations
and iri every particular contained in the option given on t'rre ten
acre tract lying ~+'est of this in the same section.
It tivas then moved, second_cd and carrird that the Council
adjourn until 2 P. Pd. L~ugust 15th, 1928.
