The Council met in adjourned regular session, I~r. Jacobs,
T;~r. Keen, r,r. Smith and Per. Troup were present.
Tne matter of allowing pro;erty owners who desire to pay
off deferred payments on improvement assessments was discussed.
It was moved by P..r. Smith and seconded by P:Tr. Keen tYiat the Fin-
ance Committee 'oe instructed to prepare an ordinance whereby
persons desiring to pay deferred payments in full on improvement
liens could do so by paying the principal tivith a sufficient in-
terest charge to meet that charged on outstanding bonds against
said liens. The motion was parried unanirnousl},%.
It was then moved, seconded and earr~ied the the Council
adjourn to meet at 10 A. hi. Saturday, August 18th, 1928.
