P4r. Guptill appeared before the Council and requested a
permit to construct a X12,000.00 residence at Second Avenue
and Tnird Street, Southwest. On motion duly made, seconded
and carried unanimously the permit was granted.
It was moved b;; Pvir. Smith and seconded by AIr. Jacobs the
the engineering firm of '.~~utler, Barnett ~ Taylor be employed
to locate certain sevaer lines-and grades at Second Avenue am
Third Street, Southwest. The motion was carried unanimousl,
The matter o#i4-,a Citjr plumbing inspector was discussed
and on motion duly made, seconded and carried T.4r. C. A. Bake:
wasappointgd to act in this capacity in connection with his
other duties.
