Pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Charter of the City of Delray Beach the Mayor has instructed me to
announce a Special Meeting of the City Commission to be held for the following purposes:

Others present were:
Lynn Gelin, City Attorney
Suzanne Fisher, Assistant City Manager
Katerri Johnson, City Clerk
All attendees with the exception of the City Clerk left the dais at 9:03 a.m.
and retired to the 1st Floor Conference Room for discussion of the
Matchpoint Case.
The meeting was reconvened at 10:03 a.m.
Mayor Petrolia gave a brief summary of their decision. Commissioner
Boylston made some closing comments as well.
A roll call was taken and the vote carried 3-2 with Mayor Petrolia and Vice

Mayor Johnson dissenting.
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 10:09
a.m.
