Agenda Cover Report Special Meeting 11-21-19 Attachments: The Closed Attorney/Client Session was called to order at 9:00 a.m. Attendees were: Mayor Petrolia Vice Mayor Johnson Deputy Vice Mayor Bathurst Commissioner Frankel Commissioner Boylston Others present were: Lynn Gelin, City Attorney Suzanne Fisher, Assistant City Manager Katerri Johnson, City Clerk All attendees with the exception of the City Clerk left the dais at 9:03 a.m. and retired to the 1st Floor Conference Room for discussion of the Matchpoint Case. The meeting was reconvened at 10:03 a.m. Mayor Petrolia gave a brief summary of their decision. Commissioner Boylston made some closing comments as well.
