instructed me to announce a Special Meeting of the City Commission to be held
for the following purposes:

CLOSED ATTORNEY/CLIENT SESSION pursuant to F.S.
286.011(8) re: City of Delray Beach, Florida v. Match Point, Inc.,
Case No. 502016CA002812XXXXMBAA.

was back in public session.
Mayor Petrolia adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:06 p.m.
