Mayor Glickstein called the Joint Session/Workshop meeting to order and announced that it had been called for the purpose of considering the following Item.

Status of Capital Improvement Program for FY 16/17 – CRA Funded Projects
West Atlantic Project Update
Mayor Glickstein provided opening remarks. Mr. Jeff Costello, Executive Director of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), D.J. Doody, CRA Board Attorney and board members: Mr. Reginald
Cox (CRA Chair), Ms. Cathy Balestriere (CRA 1st Vice-Chair), Mr. Paul Zacks and Mr. Herman Stevens were present.
Discussion ensued between the City Commission and Community Redevelopment Agency regarding items that will come before the City Commission and items on the list provided by the Community
Redevelopment Agency; with questions and answers pertaining to the Osceola neighborhood, alleys, rights of way, lots, easements and managing expectations. Mayor Glickstein inquired
about the status of the Arts Warehouse. In addition, discussion ensued regarding the West Atlantic Project: the objectives, RFP, timelines and developers.
Mayor Glickstein adjourned the Workshop Meeting at 5:47 p.m.
