May 7th, 1926.
The adjourned apeoial session oY the Council was
celled to order by Mayor Smith, with Councilmen Barwick,
Evans, O~Real and Sundt' present. Councilman delks was
absent.
Mr. George Butler of the City Engineers was present
and presented to the Council plane for the water dis-
tribution system and the septio tank to be placed in the
City Park. It was moved by Mr. Evans, seconded bq Mr.
Barwick that the plena for the septio tank be approved,
and-that advertisements Yor bide Yor its construction be
made sa soon as possible. On roll pall the vote was as
follows:
Barwick - yea
Evans - yea
O'Neal - no
Sundy~ - .yea
the motion was carried.

It was moved, seconded, and carried on roll Dell
that the City Manager be instructed to have laid a Your
inch water pipe Yrom Swinton Avenue to Southwest 2nd
Avenue at once.
The Council adjourned.
