COUNCIL CHAMBER.
The Council met in adjourned regular session with Vice -
mayor Sundy presiding. Councilmen Barwick, Evans, Jelks and
O'Neal were present.
A Resolution ACCEPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE
CITY ENGINEER FOR CERTAIN STREET IMPROVEMENT WORK TO BE CON-
STRUCTED AND ALSO THE ESTIMATED COST OF THE PROPOSED IM-
PROVE1IENTS, WHICH IS SET FORTH IN SAID PLANS AND SPECIFICA-
TIONS was laid before the Council and it was regularly
moved and seconded that the resolution be adopted. On roll
call the vote was unanimous.
A resolution OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY,
FLORIDA, ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN GUTTERS AND
DRAINS AND STREET IMPROVEMENT WORK was laid before the
Council by Mr. Barwick, who moved its adoption. The motion
was seconded by Mr. Evans and carried unanimously on roll
call.
It was regularly moved, seconded and carried on roll
call that the City Attorney be instructed to amend the
Ordinance establishing license fees for real estate brokers
and salesmen, reducing the fee for brokers from Two Hundred
Dollars Per year to Twenty -five Dollars per year and for
salesmen from Twenty -five Dollars to Fifteen Dollars per
year.
The Council adjourned to Tuesday night, September 7th,
at eight P. M.
