10-04-26 Adjourned RegularC OUNC IL CHiu= :B EH n +2 October 4th, 1926. The Council met at 8 P. =. in adjourned regular cession with Vice -mayor Sundy presiding. Councilmen Barwick, (elks and O'.^Ieal were present. Councilman Evans was absent. The Clerk presented the poll list for the annual ;'lection on October 5th. It was moved, seconded and carried on roll call that the official ballot be approved, the _roll list accented and the ballot box sealed and turned over to the Chief of Police for delivery to the election officials. Said allot box was then sealed and turned over to tine Chief of Police. It was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the hief of Police be instructed to establish a school zone in he neighborhood of the school grounds for a speed limit - A� e—eRr&eed ten miles per hour and that stop signs be painted n all streets going into Atlantic Avenue from West Second venue to the Canal, with the exception of the lixie Highway, n which street an automatic signal tower be placed.
