Spencer Pompey Members Absent Sandra Norton Meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Ms. Healy and roll was called. Mr. Nathanson made a motion to amend the agenda. Seconded by Mr. Mayhew. Approved Ms. Finst made a presentation of the brochure being prepared for the Del Ida Park Historic District. The purpose of the brochure is to provide residents and property owners of the district with functional information (phone numbers, contact person, etc. ) should they wish to make changes and/or alterations to their property. Ms. Finst will make modifications and changes and present a revised draft at the next scheduled meeting. Mr. Martin arrived at 6:07 p.m. Mr. Nathanson made a motion to have the City apply for a Certi- fied Local Government Grant in the amount of 30,000 to 35,000 for the planning survey of a Scenic Drive along Swinton Avenue. The deadline for submission of the grant is December 15, 1988. Seconded by Mr. Pompey. Approved Ms. Healy will contact Susan Ruby and have her attend the October 17, 1988 meeting to discuss the variance procedure. Mr. Nathanson made a motion to set the fee for the variance application at $137.50. Seconded by Ms. Finst. Approved Ms. Healy announced that the next meeting will be moved to Monday, October 17th at 8: 00 a.m. Ms. Healy announced that the Public Hearing for Marina Historic District is scheduled for October 27, 1988. Pat Casey has been working on the site survey and Ms. Ellington has made arrange- ments for the mailing labels. More information will be available at the October 17, 1988 meeting. Mr. Nathanson made a motion to adjourn at 7: 10 p.m. Seconded by Mr. Pompey.
