Preservation Program.
B. Historic Preservation Review Criteria: Staff presentation and Board discussion of the
review criteria applicable to properties within the Historic Districts and Individually
Designated properties or structures including the Land Development Regulations (LDRs),
Delray Beach Historic Preservation Design Guidelines. and the Secretary of the Interior's
Standards for Rehabilitation. Board to provide Staff with direction of potential revisions to
the LDRs.
