r'.n ordinance creatin~• the o°fice of I:Iunicipal
Judge for the City of Delray , and prescribing his
Powers and Duties was laid before t:^_e council for
its first readinU; it was tYien moved, seconded and
carried unanimously that the rules be suspended and
the ordinance be read for t7ie second time by caption
only. Ti_e ordinance reciting that it was an emergency
it was placed on its third reading and_ final passage
On its final passage those votiil~ in the affirmative
were I:"r. Evans, Jelks aid Sundt'.
The P;Iayor appointed I:T.r.Jelks to act on the
Finance Committee in place of S:ir.OtrSeal who was absent.
Current bills having been audited they were referred
back to the council and. ordered paid.
!~ building permit was granted to ?r. J.C.rarton
for the construction o:P an addition to a house in block
109, t o cost .6250.00.
It was moved by I;_r.Jel~s,seeonded and carried
on roll call that the City Clerk be in.>t?°tzcted to

until said camp ground is placed in a sanitary condition,
satisfactory to the City fiealt7. Officer and cempl~ring
with City Ordinances.
T'r_e Council agreed to auth orize a clean up
campaign immediately and. the iler'_; instructed to set in
motion the proper amount of publicity.
