Mr. Walker being a member of the Council, tj~;e
Mayor announced that there was a quorum,.oY the Council
present without 2~4r. Walker, and he then retired before

On motion of Mr. Ranson, seconded by Mr. Malone,
the matter of awarding the contract was deferred until the

The Clerk presented the appl3eation of Rhaden--
Brothers Por the erection of a building for storage or
garage purposes on lot 6, block 69, facing on Swinton

Avenue, connecting with the present building. The propose
building to be one stor~`46' wide with a depth of 90',
constructed of concrete blocks with built-np roof, at
estimated cost of X2600.00. On motion of Mr. Raneon,,;i
onded by Mr. Sundt', th~Clerk was directed to issue t]
necessary permit.
