Councilman Johnson was absent. The minutes o£ the previona meetings were read land approved. The Clerk reported to the Goup~cil that aoting e ,. under instructions he had ,s~t~Fr advertising for thirty '~''-' days off®red for sale and had sold lot 16, blook 100, to ~W C. D. Tucker for the price of X700.00. The ation,of the Clerk in making. the sale wea ratified by nnanim0ue vpte. The Clerk laid before the Counoil applioation`; Ya of Vvm. H. Hale for ~, .µ permit to erect on lot 15, blook 116; dwelYing of frame construction, m®th.l lathe composition roof, at an estimated cost of X2600.00.
