I The Council met in apeaial session, Aflr.
E.V. Malone, 1'reaident of the Council presiding, to
hear complaints against attest-paving assessments, ea
~ ladopted in the resolution entitled "A Resolution of the
City ttounail of the City of Delray, i~lorida, assessing
the coat of certain street improvement work against the
abutting property, and declaring a lien on such abutting
property, and fining the dates cf payment of suoh liena~"
land passed by the City council the 6th day of October,.

~ Councilmen C.Y. Byrd, C.O. Scott, and B.F.
Bundy were prea~nt; '1'.M. O'Neal, absent.
All complaints being explained satisfactorily
by City Engineer ~l'sylor, and no formal complaints being
brought before the Counoil, the following motion wea made
by Mr. Byrd: There being no complaints entered against
' the street-paving saseasmenta, sa made in said resolution,
hat these assessments remain as specified in this reaoluti

adopted by unanimous vote.
