A Mr. Steiner representing the banking house of
Steiner Brothers, Birmingham, Alabama, appeared.
before the. Council and made an offer to ~iurchase
the proposed issue of Improvement Bonds by the City ~~
of"Delray. His offer. was to take the entire issue'csr
all that remains uncontracted for at the price of ~\ ;
