unconditional waiver of the stipulation in my letter of
January 18, 1922, to the effect that the funds arising ~„„
from the sale of 447,500,00 of Delray .Improvement Bonds .`~,~,x:
to the Bank of Delray should remain on deposit with said:
Bank of Delray until drawn out for purposes for which
. they were 133UP,d. '~
The Bank of Delray agrees to take said bonds at the'~~; `°
offered: price of 90 and accrued interest without any _ ._
condition as to the proceeds being deposited in the
said Sank of Delray.
