The motion of Mr. Keen was seconded by Mr. Scott..
and on roll call was adopted, those voting in the af-
fiamative being Mr. Jacobs, I~r. Keen, Pfr. Ranson, Mr.
Sundy.
Mayor Sundy, at the request of Mr. Jacobs, stated
the. terms on which Mr. Blackwell could be employed as
attorney to aid and advise the Council in connection
th certificates of ir_debtednesa for street paving.
terms of Mr. Blackwell, as stated by the RRayor,
a minimu?r: fee of 150.00; two-thids of l per
t if certificates of indebtedness alone were issued; c.
per cent if bonds were issued; but no actual oon-
ct of employment was entered into.
