" The Council met on call of the Mayor, the
Mayor presiding. Councilmen present were Mr. Jacobs,

Mr. Ranson, chairman of the dater and Light
committee, who was authorized at the lasg session of
the counc it to have the oil tank moved,reported.:that..'
after seeing P g
persons who might desire to take the con -

tract for moving of the tank and finding that they pre_
ferred to submit sealed bids asked the council to re-
lieve him and receive sealed bids for doing the work
under specifications. The report of Mr. Ranson was
