Also submitted" an offer from ,?, ?i. Jackscn for furnishing the City ~+rith po-les for use in electric ~.vireing which offer was referred for conslderation of the slater and Light.com-; mittee. Mayor Sundy submitted in writing; suggestions, bearing on the matters of over-.time by City employees,' the purchase of a Fifty-horse poser enGir.e from Fa banks, I,'.orse ~ Co., the permitting cf mir_ors in the I+)ater and Light Plant, and the dispensation with.,t services of a City Pdarshall on salary during the w~ mer months. ' After a discussion of the dayor's recommends' the Clerk was directed to request I"r.
