Council met in regular session and was called
to order by the P~ieyor vaith Councilman Jacobs, Peen,
Hanson, and Scott present.

as the present sitting is on a state legal holiday. '
'here was irizormal discussion as to the ex-
ecution of bonds Uy the persons elected as Bond Trus-
tees, the finance Committee expressing the opinion that`>
the the executed bonds would be ready for considerati~i'
of the Council at its next meeting.
I,1r. Tenbrook appeared bsfore-.the Council °
desiring water connection with his theater building in<-
colored town. Ito i'ormal concliYSion reached.
The. Clerk was instructed to get in communica-
tion with h1r. T,TcCoy 6ttorney at Zake Pdorth to learn if
he could meet with the Council at an adjourned meeting '.
