On the account of .the laok of s. quorum there was no seating December Bard and the same is recorded in the minute Boot. communication from the Model Land Co waa presented the same refering t~ the Asaessaent Roll of 1918 The Council 3esided that as the adjoining property was all assessed at the sass rate,that the Value on the Model Land Companyte waa not too highland decided to let'the saseea~aent stand.. Finance Committee. Carried.
