06-74 ORDINANCE NO. 6-74. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH', FLORIDA, REZONING AND PLACING PRESENTLY ZONED LI LIGHT INDUSTRIAL LANDS IN AN AREA BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY THE LAKE WORTH DRAINAGE DISTRICT CANAL LATERAL 32, ON THE EAST BY THE 1-95 RIGHT-OE-WAY, ON THE WEST BY CONGRESS AVENUE AND ON THE SOUTH BY THE SOUTH LINE OF THE W½ OF NE¼ OF SE¼ OF SECTION 18-46-43, ALL LYING WITHIN SECTION 18, TOWN- SHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, IN "MI MEDIUM INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT", AND AMENDING THE "ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, 1972".
