Council Rooms January 14 1918
The regular meeting of the Town Council was called to
order by Mayor Scott at fs P.lt, with all members present.
Minutes of the previous meeting ware read and approved.
Communication from Goo G.Currio in reforance
to the Ice Plant,about to be sold to out side parties and
suggesting that the Town Council '.hake up the matter for
the purpose of purchaseing the same as a munissipple Plant
After a short discussion of the subject,& motion by
L.L.Barwick and supported by S.H.Allon,that the Communi-
cation of Mr Curries be accepted and placed on file,and
the Clerk instructed to notify Mr Currie that the Council
would intertain a proposition leading to the purchase of
(the Plant,was carried.
Attorney Yomans final statement of
case
the settlement of the Mc NalleyAwith No Nalleys Bondsmen
'was taken up as unfinished business from the last meeting
Motion by L.L.Barwick and supported by A.D.Burk that Attorney
jYom&ns Statement and Check for 225.56 as settlement of
;the Towns Case against the lie Nalley Bondsmen be accepted.
