The subject of Traffic Posts were taken up and it was desided on a Motion by L.L.Barwick and supported bk T.M. oneal that the Committee be continued and they look up the cost and best pattern to be adppted as it would be Council Rooms March 25 1918 a The regular meeting of the Town Council was called to order by Ilayor E.H.Soott at 8 P.M. with the following members present. L.L.Barwick A.D.Burk T.J.williamson S.H.Allen. O Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved. Communication from Attorney R.S.Yeomans notifying the ° Council of the DISVISSEL of the Suit brought against the Town by the Bank of Delray and encloseing his bill as fees for the same.Not being Bill night the account was carried over to the next regular meeting and on a Motion by L.L.Barwick and supported by T.J.Williamson the communication was accepted and placed on file. Carried Communication to the Mayor from Currie.and Yeomans was presented,$t was Notice of&Suit to be brought against the Town of Delray J.R.Cason Jr and J- M- Walker to recover the (amount of the J.M.Walker Note for $156.88 i Motion by L.L.Barwick and supported by T.J.Williamson the communication was placed on file. Councilman Oneal asked the Council to allow him the privila- Q ge to place a drinking fountain obi the outer eadge of the sideawlk in front of his Garage at his own expemse. Motion by L.L.Barwick and supported by S.H.Allen that Mr Oneaffi be allowed to place a drinking Fountain on the Side- walk in front of his Garage. 12otion Carried.
