3. Oath of Office administered to Newly-Elected City Commission Members. (Commissioner
Costin, Commissioner Levinson, Mayor Perlman)
4. Roll Call Newly Sworn-in Commission.
5. Selection of Vice-Mayor (for the term March 27, 2003 through March 25, 2004). (Appointed
Commissioner Levinson, and approved 5-0)
6. Selection of Deputy Vice-Mayor (for the term March 27, 2003 through March 25, 2004).
(Appointed Commissioner Archer, and approved 5-0)
7. Review and Acceptance of regularly scheduled City Commission Meeting dates for the period
April 2003 through March 2004. (Motion to change July Commission Meetings to 7/8/03, 7/15/03,
and 7/22/03; Approved, 5-0)
8. Establish a date for the 2004 Goal Setting Session. (Consensus of the Commission to hold meetings
on 4/28/03 and 5/7/03)
9. Review and Adoption of Rules of Procedure - Delray Beach City Commission (Local Rules).
(Motion to 0hange II A. 1. to Thursday Meeting immediately after Municipal Election; Approved,
5-0)
10. Review and Adoption of Procedures for Quasi-Judicial Hearings. (Adopted and approved, 5-0)
11. Review of City Commission Liaison AppoinUnents to various Advisory Boards and outside
agencies.
