WHEREAS, Mrs. Martha Kessler Pepper was born in Mt. Vernon, N.Y. on January 22, 1919.
WHEREAS, after having married, Mrs. Martha Kessler Pepper was blessed to
have 2 children, 5 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
WHEREAS, the Pepper family decided to move to Delray Beach, Florida in 1997 and Mrs. Martha Kessler Pepper has been a resident ever since; and
WHEREAS, in addition to being a loving and devoted matriarch of her family, she
finds time to volunteer at the Delray Medical Center, and several other charitable institutions over the many years; and
WHEREAS, on January 22, 2019 Mrs. Martha Kessler Pepper will be honored
and celebrated on her 100th Birthday.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Shelly Petrolia, Mayor of the City of Delray Beach
Florida on behalf of the City Commission, and the Citizens of Delray Beach,
hereby wish Martha Kessler Pepper
a very HAPPY 100th BIRTHDAY and further recognize and wish her the best of
health and happiness for many more productive years.
