6. THE APARTMENTS. The apartment building -iow con-

The owner of each apartment s::all own a share and certain interests
in the condominium property, which share and interests are appurten-
ant to his apartment, including but not iimited to the foLl,:wing
items.
(a) Common elements and common surplus. The
undivided share in the land and other common elements and in the
common surplus which are appurtenant to each apartment shall be
owned in the same percentages above provided
(b) Automobile parking space. The common ele-
;rents in a parking area for one automobile for the apartment
jwne:s.
(c) Association membership. The membersnip of
each apartment owner in the Association and the interest of each
apartment owner in the funds and assets held by the Association.
(d) Liability for common expenses. Each apart-
ment owner shall be liable for a proportionate share of the common
expenses, such share being the same as the undivided share in the
common elements appurtenant to his apartment above specified.
The respective undivided interest in the common
elements above set forth for each unit shall be conveyed with the
respective condominium unit it is identified with, and cannot be
changed, altered or amended except in the manner hereinafter pro-
vided; and Developer, its successors and assigns, covenants and
agrees that the undivided interest in the common elements and the
fee title to the respective condominium unit conveyed therewith
and the common elements appurtenant thereto, shall not be separated
