The purpose of this policy is to establish a procedure that provides for the distribution of the Florida
Automobile Insurance Identification cards as is required by Florida Statute.
POLICY
The insurance identification card will be distributed to those employees of the City of Delray Beach who
use or operate City vehicles.The insurance identification card is to be used as evidence of financial
responsibility in general but most importantly in the event that an employee is involved in an accident while
driving a City vehicle.
