The purpose of this directive is to set forth responsibilities for items to be placed on the City Commission
(Commission)agenda.
PROCEDURE
The City Clerk is responsible for managing the City of Delray Beach Commission agenda
process in conjunction with the City Manager.
The City Clerk shall establish an annual Commission agenda calendar,guidelines for
agenda item submission,and an approval process for agenda items to be considered by the
Commission.The guidelines are to ensure agenda items are prepared for timely review by
the administration,prior to being issued to the Commission.
