G-493 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, ~MENDING SECTION 29 - 7.5, CHAPTER 29 OF THE CODE OF ORDINA~CES OF THIS CITY PERTAINING TO BUILDING SETBACK LINES ON ALL I~TERFRONT LOTS Ii~ THE VARIOUS SINGLE F~MILY DWELLING DISTRICTS OF THIS CITY. N0~, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELR~Y BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLL01~S: SECTION 1. Section 29 - 7.5, Chapter 29 of the Code of Ordinances of this City, be and the same is hereby amended by adding Sub-section (ll) which shall read as follows: "Sec. 29 - 7.5 General Provisions and Exceptions. (ll) Setbacks on all intracoastal waterway lots (including finger canals) in R-L~A, R-I~AAB, R-l~_~ and single family dwelling districts shall be not less than twenty- five (25) feet from all front and rear lot lines."
