G-501, PERTAIN- ING TO THE LAWFUL SP~ LIMIT FOR AUTOMOBILES COB~ERTED TO OPERATE ON RAILROAD TRACKS. NOW, T~ORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF D~r~AY BEACH, FLORIDA~ That Ordinance G-501, dated August 1~, 1963, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Secbion 1. It shall be unlawl~l for any person to dmive or operate ail automobile converted'to operate on railroad tracks (commonl~ known as a "hlEh-rallerm) at a speed 1~ ex- .... cess of twenty-five miles per hou~ when passing th~o~ a road intersection within the co~orate limits of this city. Section 2. Any person who shall violate this ordi- nance, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $200.00 or ~risoned in the city Jail not exceed/n~ sixty days, or both such fine and Imprisonment.
