AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ALCDHOLIC BEVEi~GES: A~,~ENDING SECTION OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY 0F DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, PRO- VIDING FOR EXTENSION OF ZONED DIS- TRICTS PERMITTING SALE OF LIQUORS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l: That Section 4-5 of the Code of Ordinances ~--the-city of Delray Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended by adding the following pro- vision to-wit: "And also, except that portion of the city which is bounded' on the north by the north line of LOTS 3, 4, 5 & 6, SEABREEZE PARK (Block 156) and easterly extension thereof to a point four hundred fifty feet westerly from the west line of Ocean Boulevard, on the east by a line parallel to and four hundred fifty feet westerly from the west line of Ocean Boulevard, on the south by the north boundary of Atlantic Avenue, and on the west by the west boundary line of Lot 6 of said SEABREEZE PARK (Block 156)." SECTION 2: That this ordinance is and shall be deemed supp~eme~~o existing ordinances. I understand that the latter location is not presently included within the areas in the City where the sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted.
